PRE-CHRISTMAS SHIPPING & HOLIDAY BREAK

The cutoff date for Framed prints for pre-Christmas delivery is Sunday 19th November 2023. 

The cutoff date for print only orders is Monday Sunday 12th December 2023.

We're taking a break, so all orders placed between December 18 2023 and January 8, 2024 will be processed upon our return on January 9 2024. All regular shipping timeframes will re-commence from January 9.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA - Free Express Post Shipping

NEW ZEALAND - Print Only, $20 AUD

Unfortunately framed prints are not available to be shipped internationally due to the very high risk of damage while in transit.

PRINT ONLY

  • Prints are shipped rolled, in a cylinder via Australia Post Express Post. Tracking details will be provided and you can track your order at https://auspost.com.au/
  • Please allow two weeks for printing and Australia-wide free express post delivery.
  • Please allow up to three weeks for printing and delivery to New Zealand.

FRAMED PRINTS

  • All artworks are carefully packaged and then shipped via Direct Freight. A parcel tracking number will be provided and you can track your order at http://www.directfreight.com.au
  • Please allow three to four weeks for printing, framing, and Australia-wide free delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AUD $50 FLAT RATE per order

  • International Shipping is only available for Print-Only orders. 
  • Prints are shipped rolled, in a protective cylinder via Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided and your order can be tracked at https://auspost.com.au/
  • Please allow three to six weeks for printing and international delivery.
  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on which country you are shipping to.

TAXES & DUTIES

  • Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are not included in the listed retail prices.
  • Please be aware that as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may be levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 
  • To comply with Australian Export Regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all item(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable “artworks”.
  • For additional taxes & duties information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as all artworks are made to order and refunds/returns/exchanges for change of mind are not available.

Faulty items will be replaced where possible, or refunded where a replacement is not possible. In the case a refund is required, the refund can only be sent to the original payment method, not another card or form of payment.
